MISSION STATEMENT
The mission of the Lake Metropolitan Housing Authority is to provide, promote and encourage quality, safe and affordable housing, encourage the economic self-sufficiency efforts of its residents, and promote equal housing opportunities in Lake County.

Board meetings are typically scheduled for the second Tuesday of each month at 6:00 PM.  Location of the meetings alternates between Jackson Towers, Washington Square Apartments, and at Woodlawn Homes in the Community Center located at 553 Sanders Avenue.

OFFICE
The administrative offices of Lake Metropolitan Housing Authority are located at 189 First Street, Painesville, Ohio.  All of its rental properties are also located within the city as well.

HOURS
LMHA office hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM weekdays, except for government holidays.  Persons interested in meeting with LMHA staff should call the office for an appointment.
